Do I need a Wi-Fi site survey?
A survey avoids both dead spots and unnecessary access points. We use predictive surveys for new buildings and on-site measurements for existing ones.
Cat6 or Cat6A?
Cat6A supports 10 Gb/s over full channel lengths and is the safer choice for new builds, Wi-Fi access point uplinks and long-life installations.
Do you supply servers as well as install them?
Yes. We supply, configure and commission servers and storage, and can support them afterwards under a maintenance contract.
Can you migrate physical servers to virtual machines?
Yes. We assess each server, migrate in agreed windows and keep a rollback path until the new system is proven.
Can you migrate our email to Microsoft 365?
Yes. We plan mailbox moves in batches with coexistence, so users keep working and mail flow stays intact.
Can you help us align with NCA ECC?
We support the technical side: gap analysis against the controls, remediation planning and implementing network, endpoint and backup controls.
What is the difference between vulnerability assessment and penetration testing?
A vulnerability assessment scans for and lists known weaknesses. A penetration test adds manual exploitation to prove impact and chain issues together.
Which endpoint security product should we choose?
It depends on size, platforms and who will operate it. We compare options against your requirements and budget.
What is the difference between SIEM and SOC?
A SIEM is the technology that collects and correlates logs. A SOC is the team and process that watches alerts and responds.
What is zero trust?
It is an approach where no user or device is trusted by default; access is granted per request based on identity, device health and context.

What is the difference between backup and disaster recovery?
Backup protects data copies. Disaster recovery is the tested ability to bring systems and services back within agreed time and data-loss limits.

Can we use Microsoft Teams as our phone system?
Yes, using Teams Phone with certified handsets and suitable connectivity. We design the calling plan or carrier link with you.

As a rule of thumb the closest viewers should be several times the pixel pitch in metres away. We calculate it from your room and content.
